2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Melt butter over medium high heat
Add apples and saute for 2-3 minutes

For Topping:

4 oz butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour

Combine oats, flour, and sugar
Cut butter into the mixture and rub together with your hands to make a crumble
To Assemble:
With a slotted spoon, remove the apples from the pan (reserving the liquid) and place in a greased baking pan
Top with oats mixture and back at 375'F for 15-20 minutes until topping is golden brown

Reserved liquid from apples
